Time for home

Thought the roof of the van was going to come off last night. I've never been up there when it's been quite as windy!

I'd been drinking a lot the last week or so - to mask hormonal problems and anxiety. I know, I know... alcohol only makes those things worse. I've weaned myself out of the binge the last couple of days and hoping it will help a little.

The weather was grim today up in Cumbria and the Dales so it seemed a long journey home, did me good to have a few nights away though. Hope I get up there more often next year, like I used to do. Thought the rainy tree through the car window looked like a painting.
