Busy morning with Housework before visiting Joan.
Home for Lunch before setting off to see the Physio at the Doctor's Surgery in Town.
When I parked I walked round to see the Physio, I got there early after thinking I'd be late.
The Physio reminded me of exercises to do to help with the pain I get through Sciatica & has sent me the info to my e-mail address.
Afterwards I walked past this tall building on my way to the car & drove to Waitrose to buy my favourite mints before heading home.
