Memory Lane

These buildings were once part of the Royal Infirmary of Edinburgh where I trained as a nurse in the 1980s
It’s all so very different now. The hospital was relocated some years ago to the outskirts of the city.
These Victorian buildings are listed and were on the surgical corridor and have been converted into flats. Most of the other buildings were demolished.

Took my auntie out for lunch at Montpellier’s in Bruntsfield and caught up with several other family members.
