Crib Scene

This is housed in an alcove (not sure what else to call it) by Bonchurch Pond. The Nativity scene is lit up and continuous Carols are played. There is a slide for rolling coins down into a basket to collect for The Children’s Society, Every coin hits a bell. My Grandchildren used to enjoy rolling down my coins but now I do it and enjoy it myself. Sometimes it is the simple pleasures in life!
