Abstract Thursday...Festive

A swirl of berries and greenery for the festive abstract challenge,  thanks Ingeborg:)
It was strange coming back from the supermarket in the dark, but I  went late afternoon when the extremely violent winds had abated slightly.  There were still very strong gusts, and I was glad to get home .I had a delivery of cards this morning, the first delivery in a week and one was posted on 11th December! What is going on with the post?
