Nutcracker time!

Appointment with the physio this afternoon. Pain  almost entirely gone. We will see if it stays fine once she starts to work in turn out! Fingers crossed. Definitely has a muscle strength imbalance going on, quite a large one but that can be fixed with hard work. Carys has a program to follow at the gym and at home and then M will review her on 27th and again on the 3rd. All seems quite positive, the issue is more how to keep the progress going when back at school and how to return safely to dancing as soon as possible.

Nutcracker was lovely and Carys got a huge haul of signatures and a lovely chat with Gary, Téo, Matthew Ball and James Large (who she has never spoken to before). Christmas is definitely coming now.
