So the second Day Shift comes to a close and it's been pretty decent with us spending our time up at Callander on a "Water Rescue" course.

Day one - swimming in the river.

Day two - simulating rescues from the bankside and also "safely wading" to get to the casualties.

Great fun all round and with this sky to enjoy as we rolled back to the station, it was a good end to the day.
