Neuschwanstein Castle

It was the day of our annual sibling lunch with my brother and sister and we chose the Benson Hotel in downtown Portland. They always have an elaborate gingerbread village display, but this year it was the famous Neuschwanstein Castle. Everything is edible and it really was a masterpiece!
