The tree of books

Yesterday was a day of travel chaos in the UK.  A huge storm swept in causing havoc on the roads and rail as trees were blown over and in the air as airports closed.  Added to this the French railworkers went on strike meaning that the Eurostar travelling between London and Paris was stopped and in fact one train, almost into France, had to stop and return to England.   Luckily son arriving from America landed although he had to wait a long time for his luggage.
Every year main line train station, St Pancras, puts up a fab and totally different Christmas tree, it is always fun to go down and see what the clever designers have come up with and this year is wonderful - a book tree based on a library (the British Library is very close by although l don't know if they had any input).  I particularly liked the little nooks where seating was provided giving a little shelter from the hustle and bustle of travel.
