Ski Lønsstua to Midtistua

21 km, 655m Ascent, 420m Descent.

Big day 21km 655m ascent and the fact we didn't even get close to completing it last year has the adrenaline flowing this morning. We're off at 7:30, the weather's so much better than last year we wonder what all the fuss is about. Even have time to stop and pose for Mick's photo.

En-route we met the party who'd gone into Tverrbrennstua & Bjellåvasstua and were now finishing their trip by heading over to Lønsdal, they've had a good trip and give us a bit of advice as to the best approach to Midtistua which we reach at 15:30 - 8 hours, that's a pretty reasonable pace.
