One narrow escapee.

       I knew I had it and lost track of it.  I thought I recognised the Austrian Eagle.  Just checked - seen, but not read; some are Double headed, some single headed; NOT yet researched why.
       Not seeing "Österreich", I thought I'd better check.  One side says:-
"MONETA NOVA LUBEC" = "NEW LUBEC COINS"  B T W it claims it's in Corsican.
the other side seems to depend upon word order.
       If you read left to right:-
"IMPERIAL CIVITATIS" = "IMPERIAL CITY"
       BUT if read clockwise from one o'clock:-
"CIVITATIS IMPERIAL" = "IMPERIAL CIVILIZATION"
DUH?!?
