A new experience

My sister in law (Thai heritage) made this cake. I have not seen nor tasted such a thing before although I imagine it is not unusual. I don’t know what it is called but I know it has Thai jelly in it, coconut milk and fruit. I suppose other ingredients as well but I didn’t ask. Impressive and I enjoyed it with ice cream. I wonder if cake is the right word?
