Prosecco

Since I stopped with serious alcohol last century, I haven't tried drinks like this one.  Maybe now I'll be slightly motivated?  AW took this home after Thursday evening live bridge with Beau.  It's not the prize for the Top 5.  In fact, it's not a prize at all, but a gift from the club.  The organizers set up a table filled with all kinds of goodies, and the players could simply choose what they wished.  AW had brought along a bottle of red wine for Beau, thanking him for all the times Beau picked him up, but now we have a new bottle.  Something for New Year's Eve?

Still on edge.  The season's parties will delay some things, which I can very well imagine, but the settlement procedures will continue next week, according to plan.  If things go according to plan.  In the meantime, no word yet from the employment agency.  It's all wait and see.  An exhausting almost-end of the year.
