Mince pie making

Aimee was helping me make mince pies today. She had stayed over at our house with her son after work. Her husband manages a town centre theatre. They are deep into pantomime season.....oh yes they are. It is very busy and the cast are fending off colds and coughs.
Jasper was asked to be our quality control taster but I think he might have gone with excess squirty cream.
