It’s beginning …

… to look a lot like Christmas #2.  Woke up to sleet lying in the garden and as the morning wore on it morphed into snow which wasn’t in the forecast!  

I took this photo at lunchtime from the front room looking down the street when it was falling heavily.  By mid afternoon the snow showers had turned to rain and the light covering of snow disappeared quickly. So it doesn’t look like it’s going to be a white Christmas here on the north-east coast.
