Western Harbour

From end of the Trinity path.

Out for a newspaper; got some cranberry and pecan bread from Archipelago. They are now closed until January. Back by George V park; watched chaffinches, long tailed tits, robins, blackbirds, sparrows flitting in the trees and rough shrubbery next to the Dundas building site.

Out later when the rain had gone off to walk down to the shore at Newhaven; back by tram, which is operating again to the Newhaven stop. Strong West wind, mild. 11C.   Much calmer than in the same view in October.

Looking at blips of snow in Aberdeen and points north, thinking I'm glad we weren't trying to drive that way.
