Christmas Eve

We're in Brisbane for a few days for a family Christmas, staying with my brother and sister-in-law. They have a pot of what Wikipedia calls Siam or Summer Tulip (Curcuma alismatifolia), noting that it's not really a tulip but is related to ginger species including turmeric. It makes a lovely garden specimen.
