Noisy neighbours!

Apparently/allegedly a house builder went ahead and built some 'executive' homes that border small factory in a County Durham village where there was a possible noise nuisance issue. The builder has placed a small sign at the entrance to the site to warn prospective customers.

The factory owner decided that people should have better warning so leaves his perfectly street legal vehicle parked nearby. His fear is that once the houses are occupied the residents could set about complaining and attempting to get his 24 hour business activities curtailed. His view is "I was here first, you have been warned" .

I bet the lawyers are rubbing their hands.
