Christmas Dessert

I had a slice of this dessert for lunch today along with a few raspberries, blueberries, boysenberries, half a banana, and a sliced mandarin.  I can assure you it was delicious.

Tomorrow Teen 'h', and her Mum are heading for a couple of days on the Milford Track with Scooby Doo.  They have checked the weather and it should be sunny the day the walk up the Mackinnon Pass.  The three of them are very excited about spending time in the NZ bush together.  I will miss them while they are away.  Scooby Doo comes out again on the 4th January 2024 for a week.
