In The Gardens

It was a lovely day for a wander and some families were having picnics in the Band Rotunda park in the Botanical Gardens. 
Wellington has fab gardens and we did encounter LOTS of folk off 2 tour boats queuing for tickets at the Cable Car but if you have a gold pass you can bypass the cue and just get on but with other attractions not operating it was super popular today.

The Boss's iPhone says they are Lance-leaved coreopsis which seems a long name for such a lovely little flower.....

It's 22C outside and a lovely sunny day.
