SS Seaford.

Model in the museum. It was sunk in 1895 having collided with the SS Lyon in Seaford Bay. More info here.  The caption above says the SS Seaford was inbound from Newhaven to Dieppe and the SS Lyon was outbound from Newhaven, whereas the link says the opposite. Either way they met in the fog.
