Music of Angels

Today was our longest walk of the three we've done since our daughter has been down over the holidays, from Walberswick to Southwold and back (along with umpteen other people and their dogs!!). A good mix of river bank, harbour, beach, town and village, commons, marshes - and 2 churches. The Blip is part of the organ from the church in Southwold - the church which links this walk with the theme of the previous two, as it's dedicated to Saint Edmund. The church itself is 15th century and reflects the relative wealth of the area at that time, both in terms of size and intricate decoration. The two extras are more typical of the views experienced on the walk - a boat at Southwold harbour and the view north along the beach towards the pier. I've actually Blipped the boat before - it doesn't look much different nearly two years later!
