Evelyn Glennie

8°C  -  18 mph WSW Wind Speed  -  35 mph Gusts  -  Heavy Rain.  Raining all day  -  had the light on all day!  Was lucky to catch a BBC Player program with Evelyn Glennie being interviewed  -  see my main blip.  As a percussionist she's simply the best  -  see HERE!  One thing she said was 'her drum was an extension of herself' and I thought that could be applied to photography where 'the camera is an extension of the photographer'.  Glennie has been deaf from childhood but that has not been an inhibition for her because she experiences the sound through her whole body.  I think it was Dizzie Gillespie said the same thing.  My two extras show the weather and a Spider escaping from it☻☻
