for a Christmas week colon.

Bloody awful weather, but popped out & got some bits sorted, then took the mutt up to the old quarry to blow away the cobwebs.
Our entire meal this evening was a huge array of British cheeses from small makers (according to the booklet).
The Baron Bigod was a revelation. A Suffolk Brie from grass-fed Montbeliarde cows (again, booklet). Especially with the Fig compote.
Now nursing a cheese coma.
It was worth it.
