Two hours to high tide!

The river has burst its banks! 
The torrential rain and high winds, combined with a rising tide are bringing flooding to Dumfries again. It was almost a year ago to the day that the town experienced one of the worst floods. It's a bit like déjà vu. High tide is not until around 2300.hrs!
My heart goes out to all the businesses and families that will be affected by this.
