Raining in myHeart or Love is inthe Air,you choose

Well after yesterday's brilliant sunshine, today we have fine persistent drizzle. I went out at lunchime on my return from work and was fascinated how the water droplets nestled in this Love in a mist.

It is called Nigella and is related to the ranunculous family. Very popular in Edwardian times apparently and even today is a useful addition because it seeds itself from the 'papery' seed heads that wave in the air.

I remember last year when Phoebe was a puppy she used to leap into the seed heads and try and eat them!! It's amazing what dogs digest, but we wont go there.

Thank you for all the well wishes for Phoebe and we are looking forward to the weekend when we all hope to take a trip down to Sidmouth to see the sea.
Oh I Do Like to be beside the seaside etc... Sorry got carried away there.
