Mates' Coffee Time

Our coffee time in the park this week was a hoot. Gordon (Left) and Jordi (Right) were, as always, up for a laugh.

Jordi ran from home to the cafe to join us. He has signed up for the NHS Couch to 5K training programme and is about half way through the nine weeks. He is doing incredibly well and is showing great stickability.
