Cardio walk

Did a cardio walk round Macclesfield at lunchtime trying (failing) to find some Wensleydale cheese not already prepacked in plastic.
And then got a scare as I looked up to the top shelves in Tesco's (extra).
Well, I handed in my ID card at the care company this morning - felt very liberating :-)
