Beef, orange and mushroom casserole

Just cooking the casserole ready for tomorrow night. I think it’s better on the second day. None of our friends particularly want to stay up until midnight now, so we are meeting early at six ish, then letting the evening unfold. Who knows, they might change their minds and still be here to welcome the New Year in!!
