Storybook Song

Today was my regular babysitting day and when our granddaughter first walked in I noticed the bright orange fish ribbon barrette in her hair. It seemed playful to me and I asked if it was Nemo? "No, Grandma," she answered emphatically, "Nemo is a clown fish, and this is not a clown fish." I thought the barrette would be my photo for the challenge. However, as the day went on and included many games of "pretending", one of my favorites was her composing songs at the keyboard using a storybook. Kids and their imagination epitomizes playfulness to me.
And, by the way, we watched the Nemo movie together, and I do know what a clown fish looks like; she's right about her barrette!
