Early airport run to send daughter J off on her trip to Dublin.

Long walk around a big reservoir with friends M, A and doggies.

Sis in law returned home from Wales and was a little surprised at how much I’ve changed in the house!

Then… blissful… a beautiful slow flow yoga practice by candlelight. I did enjoy that.
