Mist and blue sky

There was a faint mist over the River Nidd this morning beneath a rather steely blue sky. I was able to make the most of a morning without any wind or rain, which was quite welcome after the recent rubbish weather. The water level is higher than usual, but it has been a lot higher!
It is now raining as I type this :(
