St. Mary's Stuffed Ham back blip

This morning we got busy stuffing a corned pork loin. It is an old county tradition dating back to the colonial days. My family has been making it for many generations and it is a Holiday staple. It is not well known in any other part of our country. A sham since it really is delish.
