Lavender

I bought this lovely lavender yesterday a) to give the bees a treat and b) to add some scent and colour to my patio. I hadn't realised that lavender was actually a member of the mint family until I just Googled it... did you know that?
I already have two pots with Hidcote lavender growing in them, but they are nowhere near flowering yet, so it was good to add an instant splash of colour to the garden.
