Meet Johnnie!

Going to attempt 366 images again this year. To help inspire my efforts will be Johnnie. Named after Air Vice Marshall "Johnnie" Johnson the WW2 fighter pilot. https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Johnnie_Johnson_(RAF_officer)

Johnnie is part of the Giraffes on Tour herd. Giraffes on Tour has been set up to raise funds for Great Ormond Street Hospital in memory of a young girl Louise Conway who sadly passed away from leukemia in 2013. Geoffery the Giraffe was her constant companion during her treatment. To continue their memory a whole herd of giraffes now go on adventures round the world.
