Looking ahead

Our last day in Formentera! We packed up the little house and headed to a beach I went to years ago with the 24-7 girls... The home to load the car before heading to the lighthouse with the 3 stray cats. Asha found them down by the cliff (extra) & was in her happy place! We had to climb down into a cave to walk through to the cliff... Wouldn't want to do that in the dark!
We then headed to Illetes for a last bit of time before the ferry home. Our tickets said the boat was at 6 but when we got there there was no boat scheduled til 7...so a bit of a wait but all OK. As soon as we got back Charlie was round for a sleepover. She's moved back to the island today, they cut their UK time short much to the girls delight.
I can hear them whispering in their bed!

Today I'm grateful for;
1) The Airbnb host letting us leave whenever we wanted rather than the usual 10am time.
2) Seeing Asha light up around the cats.
3) This extremely special holiday.
