WE'RE IN THE NATIONAL CHAMPIONSHIP!

In the College Football Playoffs, it was a nail-biter of a game. Usually when you have 3 major mistakes on special teams, you lose. But, we got the ball back...down by 7 points, and proceeded to march down the field to score a touchdown, sending the game into overtime. 

In overtime, Michigan got the ball first (on the 25 yard line), and scored a touchdown, meaning Alabama would have to score a touchdown too. They didn't, so we won.

Lisa still feels punky with her Covid, but she did get a good nights sleep. She has also lost her sense of both smell and taste, ruining my 2 p.m. roast beef dinner. (It was delicious.)

Michigan now plays the winner of the 2nd game between Texas and Washington. The game will be a week from today...January 8th.
