After a long walk in Dalkeith Country Park the rain started so mutual decision a matinee movie.
Shepherded in Son 1 too and the three of us headed to the Omni.
What a film! Adam Driver and Penelope Cruz incredible. Beautifully lit, beautifully filmed with incredible special effects. Wee cameo near the start of a family friend Marino Franchitti, made it even more special, plus it was all centred on the era my author and photographer father writes about, so much of the story was very familiar to me but the effects made the reality of the dangers of motor racing in the 50s.
It’s a go see movie.
