Loch of the Lowes

Always good to get out for a walk, especially  at this time of year and with the oldest heading back to Cambridge of Friday, we decided to head up to Dunkeld.

There are loads of wonderful walks around there and the one we chose took us to the "Loch of the Lowes" where you can watch the resident Osprey's hunt for fish.

Now at this time of year, they are enjoying a warmer climate in West Africa but it was good to see that their nest was been closely guarded by some of the  local Crows (or some dark coloured birds that I haven't a clue as to what they are !!!)
