New cook book!

I bought a new cookery book just before Christmas - and one the same for my sister-in-law as part of her Christmas present. Pinch of Nom Express. I've been trying some new recipes and this is Yellow Thai style curry. It was delicious and as the recipe makes 4 portions, we're having it again tomorrow evening. I've also made Creamy Chipotle Beef and Bourbon glazed chicken from the same book. I say Bourbon glazed chicken, but I had a bit of a problem - I left the chicken out of the freezer to thaw, and when I went to use it, discovered that it wasn't chicken at all, it was pork chops!
