Memories

My mum and I were talking yesterday about all the upcoming birthdays of family members that are no longer with us. The stretch between now and mid March is full of memory-birthdays.

Someone had left a bouquet against a tree on our walk today in memory of someone close to them. It felt like the right blip for today.
