Taxi queue

Perhaps not the usual type of taxi queue but most of today was taken up with air travel having flown overnight from Texas and landed at Heathrow this morning. 
Three hours later we were taking off for Edinburgh and as we taxied I could see that planes ahead of us were taking off almost as soon as the one in front was airborne. 

Looking back out of the window as we eventually reached our turn the blip shows that there were just as many following behind. It must need a lot of concentration to be an air traffic controller at London Heathrow with a constant stream of arrivals as well.
