Butterfly Wing

A busy day getting stuff done in preparation for tomorrow, which is DH's Celebration of Life service.  Proofreading and editing the service, sending out the streaming link and posting it on FB, blog & Ravelry, altering trousers to fit, choosing ganseys to display, a visit to Tesco, taking phone calls.  But took some time out to take a walk out to the lifeboat shed with the BIL, where we watched the waves crashing in.  As they washed back into the endless sea, the foam created patterns on the rocky shore reminiscent of a butterfly's wing.
It will be a long and difficult day tomorrow.
