Lady Macbeth

What has she to do with today ?
Well the main event in my day was the meeting this morning of our Baker’s Dozen discussion group.
Our topic for today was Villains in literature.

Our member who had chosen the subject gave us his top ten fictional villains and explained why he had chosen them. In the end he revealed that his number one Villain was indeed Lady Macbeth. A scheming, manipulating woman who after persuading her husband to kill the King,   was 
so wracked  with guilt that she repeatedly attempted to wash the blood from her hands.
That provides the link to my blip photo which I saw when walking back home.

Incidentally my choices were Fagin from Dickens’s Oliver Twist and Michael Corleoni from The Godfather..
