Bus Shelter Stories

Whilst phone box libraries are commonplace, I'd not seen a bus shelter library. Extra blip for scale.

This one has no back story, but it reminded me of an image I saw a while back of books piled high in a street in the middle East.

A visitor asked a local if they were worried about them being stolen. "Thieves don't read " was the reply.

It made me wonder whether that assumption was cause or effect. There's certainly more than one angle to consider.
