Around the bend and into the sunset

Started the day with breakfast in the cafe at Saughton Park. Great cafe. Said goodbye to L and headed south to Melrose and Borders hospital where MIL is currently. 
Difficult conversations then headed for the 4hr journey home. I think this photo taken on the road again summed up the day. Now to relax for the evening.
