Messed up. Dec's down

Took the Christmas dec's down today and realised the missing tablets I'd been looking for, were actually the ones I had been taking double of the last couple of days, thinking they were my old ones. Spoke to pharmacist who told me to rest and keep an eye on symptoms. 
That was my day. MrK and FK were wonderful.
