First sowing of 2024

I'm trying to germinate the date stones, so they are wrapped up in a bag with some wet kitchen paper in the boiler cupboard. Last time I got shoots several inches long. I'm aiming to remember to pot them on this time.

The extra is a hooray for Morrisons who have started selling their mushrooms in the cardboard tray on the left rather than the plastics trays on the right.  Well done them. :-)
