Rain Room

One thing I always wanted to do in Sharjah was visit the Rain Room. It's an art exhibition where it is continuously raining, but motion sensors in the room make sure that it isn't raining where you are standing. I heard about it on the news when it first went on display in London and got excited when I found out I'd be living in its permanent home. Just never made the time previously.

The staff noticed my Maynooth University National University of Ireland, Maynooth t-shirt and deduced I was a  student. They were also very happy to hear that I was a teacher in Sharjah previously and returned to visit the city. Another reason for them to Smile, Because they are in Sharjah.
