Very early in Sheffield this morning.

The alarm went off at work time, out the door by 6.30 to be in Sheffield before 7.50. Signed on and then off with the elite wave (I was confused too) at 8.30. 11 stages, 19k in total, some stages just 400m, others up to 2.8k. Lots of fun and chatting while jogging in between. Over 1600 entrants, I came home around 60th and 4th in my age group. So very pleased with that, especially considering the field, some class athletes. I made up for all this activity with a bacon bap afterwards!
